Programs

All programs include playful yoga, introspective exercises, fun, games, and humor. They hold deep respect for the uniqueness of all types and descriptions of people. We root all our interpersonal work in solid research, a set of interaction guidelines we call the Rules of Engagement, an original relationship theory called PIES, plus (ssh!) a few secrets.



Playing By Yourself

The first in our series of dynamic programs: How can you learn to engage with others if you cannot first learn how to engage with yourself? Use this program to discover yourself and uncover your dream. One of mine was the romantic notion of finding my one great true love, and after a period of utilizing my own system, lo and behold, it happened! What would you like to have happen in your life?

Playful Yoga

A joyful, entertaining yoga practice encompassing traditional asana and pranayama. This yoga supports your body with gentle movement, breath, relaxation, core stability and sound individualized adjustments within poses. Impromptu games, songs, storytelling and guided meditation are included. Ada-Reva's handcrafted eye pillows are utilized to help participants relax.

Playing With Your Fat

Includes playful yoga and specific exercises, techniques and tools to guide participants toward self-acceptance, improved self-esteem and rational choices about what body size they desire, on their own terms. This is an exploration of lifestyles and body image reflecting personal comfort zones. Program includes music, puppetry, storytelling and more.
